My Kitchen Diner | Interior

Hello lovelies, now this post is based around my kitchen diner and the interior that comes along with it. I know for a fact that I adore looking at interior magazines and online and exploring different designs of rooms, especially kitchens. I've recently had my kitchen and dining room converted into a kitchen diner. It was so SO tiny before and now it's so much more spacious and welcoming. Before we had a new kitchen put in, it was difficult at parties and family/friend get togethers to communicate with others when preparing food as there was a wall between the kitchen and dining room. I'd say having converted the kitchen and dining room into a kitchen diner it has changed my life for the better. Not only my life has it changed but also my mums and close family members too.
We wanted to go for a modern yet retro theme for the kitchen diner, although I do like the vintage theme also, we wanted something a bit more original and quirky. So, I have gone around my kitchen and dining room and taken a fair few pictures for you to see and enjoy. This may even give you some inspiration and ideas if you're re-decorating or converting to a kitchen diner, for layout and interior design purposes. :-)

Favourite Closet Designs

Hello everybody! Yes it's been a considerable amount of time since I last did a blog post so therefore I came to the decision of posting a new one. This one is basically revolved around closet designs. I think there are such great and ideal ways of storing clothes, whether that's just a few items on a clothes rail or perhaps in an elegant walk-in wardrobe. I believe there is some exquisite fascination of mine on closet designs that I would like to share with you. I've been doing my research for this post and found some really different and quirky designs of closets, however i've gone for a more girly and plain approach to this.
In my case, less is more. Enjoy! :-)

I find open closets even more stylish if the clothes are colour coordinated. Not only can you find your clothes easier but it looks much more chic. That's a bonus for me personally. As you may have noticed, I have gone for a white closet colour scheme, the reason for this is that I find that the clothes stand out more and it looks so much more classier than a brown, black or oak wardrobe/closet. This post has really made me want to go out and get a new wardrobe, as mine is so tiny and my clothes are getting crammed inside. Hopefully one day I can have a walk-in wardrobe in my own home :)
The second picture of the clothes rail really caught my eye, it's beneficial for storage space, you get to show off your clothes, you can decorate it, for example wrapping fairy lights around it and I think they're funky and original. The other designs are fairly similar, I like the way that accessories are included such as bags and shoes, it makes the designs much more intriguing and fashionable.
I hope you've enjoyed this post, you never know it could've inspired you to make your closets look cuter and girly; even for boys ;') Have a nice day/week/month, till next time, bye!:-) :-)

Essential Accessories | Fashion

Hello again!

So this post is purely about fashionable accessories and their uses from day to day life. I've been searching for these particular accessories for a few days now so I hope you find the beauty in them as I most certainly do :-)

My first chosen image-

These gold rimmed, classy sunglasses are just gorgeous. You can find them in almost any high street store which could be seen as a downside as they're not 'unique' however I still adore them. The brilliant thing about these gorgeous sunglasses is the fact that you can wear them with almost anything because of the subtle colour they are. I've seen many models wearing these styles of glasses, which could give people the confidence to try out new styles. I personally don't own any of these only because of the dull, typical, english weather we are currently pressing through but as soon as I go shopping again i'll most definitely pick up a pair!

Second choice of accessory-

Now, the lace, trim ankle socks are a BIG yes for me. I wear my pairs for most shoes I own. I even wear my black ones for school so not only are they cute they're also ideal for most occasions. I get mine from topshop but i'm pretty sure you can find them in many popular shops, like River Island,
New Look etc. You can get them in a wide range of colours such as navy, grey, aqua, lilac, off white, lemon, pale blue, coral, lime, khaki and even patterned. I like to wear mine with my converse just as they're the perfect combination plus they look really cute and girly.

My third pick-

I found these two stunning watches last week and they instantly became my utmost favourite designs. It's as if the left watch is implying that you have all the time in world. I find that the exquisite watch's colours compliment each other really well, the deep brown and aqua are fab together. Plus I really like the big face as it stands out superbly. Now onto the glamorous, gold watch, I've been meaning to purchase one of these watches ever since I saw a similar one on my friend's wrist a few weeks back. It's got that 80's touch to it which makes it even more admirable. I also like how the word 'marc' is included into the face of the watch. It's a great way to showcase the brand's
name.

Lastly my fourth choice-

Right so I dont know if you could class this as an 'accessory' but it's just so ideal to slip into your handbag on a day out. Coco Mademoiselle is my current favourite and it's an absolute delight. I highly recommend you to try it out at your local boots store, hopefully you'll agree on the oriental fresh scent as I do. I realise this is a really quite expensive perfume so it could be out of your price range, but you could perhaps ask for your family members to put towards it at christmas or birthdays. Trust me it's really worth it. I also really like the bottle design, it looks really sophisticated and posh.

So that's all my posts for this week and I hope you've been inspired or even persuaded to purchase some of these gorgeous accessories i've shown you today.  I'm going on holiday next week so i'll hopefully post sometime afterwards:-)

4 Peacefully Designed Bedrooms | Interior

I believe having a warm, cosy and comforting bedroom is they key to relaxation and a good nights sleep. In this post i'm going to show you my four most favourite bedrooms I have collected over the last couple of months. These bedrooms I have chosen have a range of character and creativity.

My first choice of bedroom-

With this gorgeous design of a bedroom you can clearly see passion with the plain but calm scheme. I really like this open and bright bedroom because it's cool yet sophisticated and I think it'd work brilliantly as a spare room or even a small master bedroom. The only thing that I can criticise on is the privacy, i'd feel rather exposed with the neighbours view in clear sight however that's common in most houses. I can see also they have added extra class with the splash of brown and creams from the cushions and the picture frames on the shelves.

My second choice-

I absolutely adore this room! It has so much character and almost has a old century feel to it. The colour of the walls compliment the grey bed throws superbly and the touch of gold and chestnut give that interest and quality. The picture gives that bold statement to the decor which I personally find important in interior- to have that edge! I'd definitely love this style of decor in my own house and is a really cute and exciting idea for a double bedroom.

Third choice of bedroom-

So this is a really unusual and bold choice for me although the 'old fashioned' theme is a great interest of mine and I really have a big passion with vintage bedrooms. It reminds me of the series Downton Abbey me and my mum used to watch and I think a personal message behind interior is such a heart warming thing to me. The green and red colour scheme is really stunning and courageous to have such bold colours together, nevertheless it works perfectly in this decor. The large Georgian styled double was quite a risky option but I think it reflects my personality in it's bold, wacky and interesting sense.

And lastly my fourth choice-

Ok, so my last unique bedroom I have to show you today is this remarkable, cute and quirky bedroom. I saw this and knew straight away that i just had to include it in my blog post. This has to be the cutest yet smallest room i've ever encountered! But it's the fact that they've used the space so well by just adding a tv at one side and an all important radiator at the other. Plus, the fairy lights above add warmth and uniqueness. Not to mention the gorgeous, floral duvet cover included! I'd just be scared of falling out of the window it's that enclosed.. I love the personal touch by adding photos on the wall too, I think this is definitely designed for a young girl of even a teen.

Well that's my four gorgeous bedrooms for you! I hope you've enjoyed reading this post and perhaps leave a comment if you like! Thanks for reading :)
